Hey all!

Your weekly news update here on the progress of our upcoming sci-fi horror radio drama entitled “Hyper Nocturnal.” We had to cancel recording sessions this week again due to Georgia coming down with another cold, so instead we worked on editing.

Currently we are at about 35 minutes into splicing episode 2 and are a little over half way through the episode. Outside of the splicing we did manage to do a little bit of recording with a voice actress just in order to fill in a couple quick one off roles. As it currently stands, we are pretty much completely done with recording EXCEPT for the final 2 episodes we need to record with Georgia. We will be having another recording session on Monday so we’ll see if she’s feeling better by then.

In other news, we will be at NY Comic Con this year! WooHoo! Josie and Charles will be walking around the show on Saturday and Sunday wearing Sci-Fi Radio Theater tshirts. So if you see us, come say hi and we will give you a pen!

Editing, editing and more editing this week. Progress continues on our new upcoming horror radio drama “Hyper Nocturnal.” We were supposed to record this week with Georgia, but unfortunately her cold continued to plague her, so we skipped recording for the week and instead concentrated on editing.

As of current we are about half way through splicing together episode 2, with the current run time being at around 28 minutes. As stated last week, splicing on episode 1 is now done.

This week we will be recording with Georgia on Thursday and hopefully be able to knock out episode 7. On Tuesday there will be more editing on episode 2.

Hello Everybody! Charles here with your weekly update on the creation of our new radio play.

Progress continues on the new Sci-Fi Horror Radio Drama “Hyper Nocturnal”! This week we recorded with Georgia and got episode 6 done. Only 2 more episodes left to record with her and we will be all done with recording.

We were supposed to have a recording session on Thursday and Sunday as well, unfortunately Georgia has come down with a bad cold and we needed to cancel those two appointments. Hoping to be able to record again on this Tuesday.

Regardless of the cancellations we have been editing away. Splicing for episode 1 is completely done (woohoo!) and we are now starting on editing episode 2.

Heyo! After last week’s mess up we managed to fix everything and re-record episode 5 of the new upcoming horror sci-fi radio drama “Hyper Nocturnal” with Georgia. Additionally we did a lot of splicing and we are almost completely done with splicing episode 1.

Once episode 1 is finished splicing we will move on to splicing episode 2. Only 7 more episodes left to splice! LOL. After splicing is completed we will move into sound effects, mixing and music.

Hello there!

Ok, so we had an attempt at a productive week this week on the recording of our new upcoming sci-fi horror radio drama “Hyper Nocturnal.” However due to a MAJOR mess up by me, we lost a big chunk of what was recorded. We were recording an intense crying/screaming scene with Georgia for a good hour before I came to the realization that the mic was set up wrong.

Basically it means we are going to have to completely record what we already recorded. Oye Vay. On the brighter side of things we have spliced together the 1st half of Episode 1! So far it’s 30 minutes long.

Hello everybody!

This week we made it through recording episodes 3 and 4 with Georgia of our new upcoming horror science fiction radio drama entitle “Hyper Nocturnal.” This means that we are officially half way through with recording with Georgia.

Additionally, we managed to find the time to do some editing work this week as well on episode 1. We are still in the splicing phase and we are currently about 15 minutes into the first episodes (oye vay, this is going to be a long one).

Anyway, keep checking this space for another update on Hyper Nocturnal next week!

Another one in the can! We have completed recording for episode 2 with Georgia this week. WooHoo! This means we can start editing both episode 1 and 2 now. Editing has already begun for Episode 1 and things are going well. It’s going to be a beast as previously assumed, but we are plugging away at it.

Our goal next week is to complete recordings for both episodes 3 & 4. A lofty goal but we can do it! Anyway, keep your eyes on this space and our twitter for up to date news on our new horror sci-fi radio drama Hyper Nocturnal!

A very productive week this week! Recording for the new upcoming horror sci-fi radio drama “Hyper Nocturnal” has picked up again and we are now completely done with recording Episode 1. I worked with Georgia this week and I also recorded the narrations and ads for the episodes.

What this means is that we can now start getting into the editing process (woo-hoo!), at least for episode 1. This is great as it means we can finally get seriously into the hard stuff which is the cutting, mixing and editing.

Anyway, we will be recording more with Georgia this upcoming week and I’m hoping we can get all of Episode 2 done, but we’ll see. See you guys next week for the next news update!

Welcome to this week’s news update!

So, the big news this week is that unfortunately, Josie Corichi’s throat has not gotten better. We tried to record her on Monday for Hyper Nocturnal (our new horror radio drama for new people) and it just didn’t work out. As such, Josie has decided to drop out of the role.

Luckily for us though our new leading lady Georgia was more than happy to step up to the plate. So moving forward, Georgia will be recording for the main character role in Hyper Nocturnal, while Josie gives her voice some more recovery time.

Recording starts ASAP! Check in next week for more progress news.

Heyoooo!

We are back from Iceland and production has picked up again on Hyper Nocturnal! This week we completely finished all of JT’s parts, which leaves us only one character left to record. Woohoo! We will hopefully be able to start recording this final character this week with a goal of getting all recording done by the end of the August.

After recording has completed, we will be able to move into the ever so *FUN* process of editing, music and sound effects creation. Not to mention mixing the editing as well. Keep tuned in and we’ll keep updating you!
